I'm Kelly, my work is grounded in curiosity, care, and deep respect for your individual journey. Many people come to therapy carrying invisible burdens such as fears, anxieties, overwhelm or experiences that have been held alone for too long. You may be feeling that the world sees one version of you, but underneath you carry emotional heaviness that is invisible to others.
Therapy offers a space to slow down and gently explore what’s happening to bring understanding to your experience. My approach is relational, meaning that the relationship we build together becomes a central part of the healing process.
Through our therapeutic relationship, we can gently explore the difficulties you are experiencing, together. When it feels helpful, I may offer gentle psychoeducation about the nervous system or creative tools to support you in deepening your self-understanding.
I work with awareness of how past experiences, particularly those that felt overwhelming or unsafe may continue to shape our lives and protective strategies that still may remain.
