When life feels overwhelming and hard, it's not because you are doing it wrong, but because it actually is hard! I offer Nurturing Psychotherapy and Counselling to help you find your way forward. Combining Relational and Integrative, Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, with Behavioural Psychology, I can help bring deeper insight into what you are experiencing or what has happened in the past. We can work together to understand your feelings, thoughts and behaviours, as you learn new ways of coping, which make life not only bearable, but enjoyable again.

Having worked in Education for almost 30 years, in 2019 I trained to become an End of Life Doula (helping those with grief and terminal diagnoses) and most recently trained in Pregnancy and Infant Loss. I work by interweaving these skill sets, with Advanced Training in Integrative Psychotherapy.

With specialisms in supporting those with Neurodivergence, Trauma, Anxiety and Depression and those who have experienced Loss, Bereavement, Domestic Violence, Divorce and the Family Court system, in particular those who have experienced Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG). I can help you find your voice and make decisions which are best for you.
