I have always genuinely cared for others and their wellbeing. I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist and a qualified Mindfulness teacher/practitioner. I provide a warm, welcoming therapeutic atmosphere where you can feel safe to talk. For over 15 years, I have worked in the NHS and independently and have extensive training to enable me to offer a range of research-based therapies for a range of difficulties that you may be experiencing. We all experience difficult life transitions; such as stresses at work, within relationships, physical health problems, bereavements and more. With attention, compassion and empathy, I can support you.
My practice ethos promotes well-being, recovery and strengths as I help you to reach value driven goals and improve your quality of life. I offer a range of psychological therapies: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) incl Mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Compassion Therapy & Motivational Interviewing
For your peace of mind, here is a synopsis of areas where I have gained expert knowledge and experience.
