As a Counsellor and Psychotherapist I work in a collaborative and integrative style, I work with clients who want to change, and I'll call out destructive behaviour patterns and defensive mechanisms stopping you from growth. I have a lot of experience working with clients who are struggling with anxiety or reality of neurodiversity, and who want to understand their behaviours and make changes. I use a holistic, personalised approach to therapy, I work with value evidence-based practices and work to understand the unique context and experiences that have created you, and work with clients to create the positive changes you want.
I specialise in working with clients who have anxiety, OCD and neurodiversity and struggle with the difficulties this can present. I aim to give clients the tools they need to understand themselves and restructure their negative thought patterns.
