I am a qualified and experienced Trauma counsellor and accredited member of the BACP working in Rochford, Southend, Essex and online. I am a professionally trained counsellor dealing within many fields including, but not only, CPTSD, trauma, addictive and dependent behaviours, perception-altering drugs including cannabis, anxiety-driven behaviour, relational issues and sexual abuse.
