I am a trainee on an Advanced Diploma in Relational Psychotherapeutic Counselling course, working towards accreditation with the UKCP.
I am based in North Yorkshire and can currently offer trainee rates for in-person counselling sessions within the Ryedale & Scarborough area.

As a relational therapist, I believe that healing can happen through connection. My approach centres on building a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship between us. Choosing a therapist is unique and personal, and the relationship that evolves between us is precious and unique, giving you a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your challenges.
Having my own therapy over the past 10 years has supported me to overcome and navigate some of the biggest challenges in my life, leading me to take this step in becoming a therapist.
