I am a registered experienced counsellor based in Worthing, I offer Integrative Humanistic Counselling. I work collaboratively with you drawing upon different approach's to tailor the session to your individual needs. Life has many challenges and our reasons for coming to counselling can be for a number reasons, you may feel stuck, it may now be the time to work through a past trauma or present difficulties that are causing life to feel overwhelming.
I offer face to face counselling in Worthing for both adults and young people aged 13+ in a safe, confidential and welcoming space. This can be open-ended counselling for as long as you need, or for a short period of term working on something specific.
