My name is Kelly, and I am a qualified BACP-registered Person-Centred Therapist. I provide a warm, safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgement. I understand starting therapy can feel daunting, but it can also be a rewarding journey of growth, healing, and self-discovery. I work compassionately at your pace, supporting you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and the changes you wish to make. I see it as a privilege to support people in becoming more comfortable and confident in who they are.

Within the charity sector I have supported many clients through trauma, abuse, family difficulties, anxiety, stress, low self-worth, loss and grief and life’s demands. Alongside professional experience, I also bring my lived experience. I offer a compassionate space where therapy can help you feel empowered, build confidence, and reconnect with yourself.
