I have been practicing for many years. I have experience of working with adults, children and families; counselling a variety of issues. I adapt and adjust my sessions to ensure you the client get what you want and need from each counselling session. I will work with you to explore and understand your fears and distress, encouraging you to move forward at your pace.
I provide compassionate, challenging and insightful support throughout your journey. I believe that with the right tools, empathic support and personal determination you can live your life to the fullest. Adding to this I currently work with trauma at Aintree university hospital specialising with patients and familys dealing with a cancer diagnosis.
My training is to degree level, I completed a BSc in integrative counselling. I found that this gave me much more insight and many more avenues in which I could travel with a client. I have gone on to train in EMDR which is an amazing therapy for trauma.
