About
If you are reading this, it could be that you may feel you need some help. Perhaps life is a bit too much and/or you are feeling overwhelmed? I can help you to work through a specific issue or it may be that you may simply feel the need to talk to someone who will listen.
I can help you to improve how you currently cope, provide a safe space for you to explore your present situation, feelings and behaviour. Using a combination of therapeutic approaches, we can work together on the problems you are experiencing. Helping you to build grounding/coping techniques for managing everyday life, creating your very own coping toolbox.
This is the first step of taking control and reaching out for the support you need. In our first session, we can talk about what has brought you to counselling and we can discuss how best to work together. Exploring what you want to achieve and looking at what your expectations are of counselling. To find out more, please contact me.
