I’m passionate about helping you make more of your life, whether you want to work on a personal, psychological, relationship or spiritual issues or to find more meaning, fulfilment, purpose and happiness in life. I have a Masters degree (with Distinction) in Person-Centred Counselling & Psychotherapy Practice. I offer short and longer term counselling and psychotherapy. My clients are equally men, women and couples of many professions, occupations and nationalities, aged 18 or much older. I counsel UK and overseas clients. I also offer Person-Centred Couples Counselling, and Supervision to other counsellors and professionals.
My approach is non-judgmental, encouraging you to experience new self-understandings and make improvements in your life, work and relationships. You don't need a "diagnosis" - I also help people improve already positive aspects of their lives. I'm committed to helping people gain strength and change in ways that bring more fulfilment and happiness.
I bring my life experience and knowledge to help you. I'm from Glastonbury, have worked in industry, law and university teaching. I have a black belt in ki-aikido & PhD in enlightenment. I’ve counselled at a NHS hospital, charity and privately.
