I have extensive experience with pregnancy related issues and baby loss, including but not limited to miscarriage (including multiple miscarriages), stillbirth, termination, IVF/ infertility, antenatal anxiety/ depression, postnatal anxiety/ depression, and traumatic birth.
Nothing you say will shock or upset me, I am here to listen empathically and not to judge. Let's help you reconnect to your inner strength and sense of autonomy. Raising your self-awareness and understanding is empowering and liberating. Talking can help do this for you.
