Are you finding life a little difficult at the moment? Maybe there feels like there’s a block stopping you from moving forward. I'm a GSRD (gender, sexual and relationship diversity) therapist and my approach is rooted in the person-centred approach, our sessions are led by you at your pace, although I’ll gently encourage you to explore the tougher stuff together in our sessions.
I'm a fully qualified ND counsellor in person-centred therapy. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirmed, working mainly (but not exclusively) within the queer community, offering a safe, non judgemental space. We can look at issues such as anxiety, sexuality, neurodivergence, relationships, gender, stress, overwhelm, communication issues, sex, infidelity, ENM and kink.
