Hi, I’m Keeley.
I’m a clinical psychologist offering compassionate, and professional therapy for adults experiencing a range of emotional and mental health difficulties.
Alongside my private practice, I work within the NHS specialising in crisis support and suicide prevention, supporting people through some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and non-judgemental, with therapy tailored to you as an individual. I draw on a range of approaches to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, celebrate the wins and move towards the life you want to live.
My approach is grounded in professional clinical psychology training and solid evidence-based practice, but above all it is human and person-centred. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, so I work flexibly and draw on different approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you.
You don’t have to figure things out on your own. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn, therapy can offer a supportive space to talk things through at your own pace. I’d be glad to help you make sense of what’s going on.
