Are you a member of the LGBTQ community looking for therapy? I have worked at both the LGBT Foundation and also in private practice, some issues clients have come to me with include self-identity, I understand the different pronouns, terminology and subsections that people associate with. Worries and fears of coming out to family and friends, social stigma and also negotiating diverse relationships. Working together I can support you to build your self-worth, confidence and to become your true self. I also support straight couples with communication, conflict and worries about relationship breakdown.
I specialise in LGBTQI+ individuals and couples with special interest and knowledge of the Trans Community. I also specialise in Men's Mental Health Including domestic violence victims. Bereavement, and suicide.
My couples work will help you to achieve a better understanding of yourself and other's needs, improve communication and offer you a sense of how to move forward. With individual work you will receive an understanding of yourself and help you to build confidence and improve your self-worth and become your true self.
