I am a Trauma informed Therapist with extensive experience working with issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationships and attachment issues.
I can offer support with navigating and understanding neurodiversity such as ADHD and Autism, and have experience supporting neurodiverse Young People, as well a Adults who seek diagnosis later in life.
Alongside individual sessions, I offer Couples Therapy, supporting couples to navigate difficult periods, rebuild trust and improve healthy communication, learning to set new boundaries and meet each others needs.
We can focus on immediate coping strategies to manage today, as well as a gradual, in-depth exploration of your history to inform the future.
My aim is always to create an authentic, genuine space where you can relax, be yourself, feel truly heard and supported as we work together toward a new future.
I have experience working within the NHS, Grammar Schools, Prisons, and Addiction Recovery.
This breadth of exposure allows me to adapt to the needs of clients from all walks of life. Offering a grounded, non-judgemental space, where no difficulty feels 'too much' to be held with compasssion.
