Welcome to In Bloom Counselling, my name is Kayleigh and I am a qualified Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. As an experienced counselling practitioner I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to discuss and explore any issues that may have become problematic in your life. With training in CBT, Person-Centred, Pluralistic and Psychodynamic approaches, I have extensive experience helping clients navigate challenges such as (but not limited to) addiction, bereavement, anxiety, trauma, and depression.
I also offer pet bereavement counselling sessions for those bereaved by pet loss.
My Counselling practice is grounded in Person-Centred principles which focuses on the inherent worth and value of every individual. I understand each person has their own experiences and perspectives that shape their understanding of the world. My role is to provide you with support while we navigate the challenges you're facing.
I believe the relationship between therapist and client is crucial in the effectiveness of your therapy so providing you with a space where you feel safe is important. Feel free to get in touch for a free 15 minute consultation so you can experience myself and how we can work together.
