I am a therapist who has a holistic approach to helping children to heal by supporting both parents and their children . Through my work I have noticed that children with low confidence and low self-esteem can express this through becoming withdrawn and avoidant or becoming angry and controlling. Parents come to me and tell me their child always wants control or they feel like they are stepping on eggshells when around their child. I offer a holistic approach to therapy supporting both parents and their children. Play therapy can help a child of any age as they regress during their therapeutic process as a way of healing trauma. Parent consultations help the parents to continue the healing work with their child and be part of their therapeutic process.
