I use a holistic approach to helping children to heal by supporting both parents and their children . Through my work I have noticed that children with low confidence and low self-esteem can express this through becoming withdrawn and avoidant or becoming angry and controlling. I offer play therapy and parent-child attachment play. I also offer reiki energy healing for both adults and children. My holistic approach treats the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
I offer a holistic approach to therapy supporting both parents and their children. Play therapy can help a child of any age as they regress during their therapeutic process as a way of healing trauma. Parent consultations help the parents to be part of their child's therapeutic process.
