Hello, I’m Kayleigh and i offer psychotherapy and counselling in Morpeth and North Shields. I work with children and adults, online and in-person. I support clients with a wide range of mental health challenges, specialising in neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism). With over 15 years’ experience in education-much of that time spent in Special Educational Needs settings supporting children and young people with Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs-I bring a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both individuals and families.
At the heart of my practice is empathy,compassion,acceptance & authenticity. I am committed to creating a non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to express yourself and be truly heard and understood.
I can help you explore emotions, regulate overwhelm,and understand yourself with greater compassion so you can move towards lasting change and wellbeing.
