I offer person centred counselling for a variety of issues both in person and on the phone, this is a safe place to put the jigsaw back together and get an idea of the bigger picture of your life. As an integrative therapist I’m not here to judge you, overwhelm you with homework and goal setting, I’m simply here to understand you, empathize with you, and help hold the pain you may be feeling right now.
I offer Person centred talking sessions and I also offer clinical hypnotherapy. it never hurt to explore what’s holding you back, you might find it surprising just how much can change from being truly understood and accepted. Together we can look at how you’ve come to think and feel the way you do.
