Heart-centered counselling for children, teens & parents. As an integrative, trauma-focused counsellor, I believe that healing happens when we reconnect with ourselves—emotionally, physically, and energetically. My work supports children, teenagers, and adults in understanding their feelings, processing stuck emotions, and breaking free from patterns of self-abandonment, people-pleasing, and anxiety. I specialise in attachment work, inner child healing, and relational trauma, helping clients work through family wounds, difficult parent-child dynamics, social anxiety, depression, perfectionism, issues with self-worth and boundaries.

My approach is not about fixing you because you're not broken but guiding you towards self-awareness, empowerment, and emotional mastery through a number of integrative methods including traditional talking therapy (humanistic and person-centered counselling), art & play therapy, mindfulness & breath work, drama therapy, energy work, and somatic techniques.
My goal is not just to support your child and you to help you “cope” but to collaboratively find a way to break free from old patterns, find a way out from emotional pain back to emotional safety, reconnect with yourself, and finally feel at home in who you are.
