With over 20 years' experience as a counsellor, I can offer a calm, safe space for you to explore your feelings and begin to make changes toward the life you would like. If you feel anxious, depressed, are suffering from PTSD or feel suicidal, have general low mood or feel that the time is right to seek support please contact me for an initial chat. I work with a person-centred approach, integrating other ways of working to suit your needs. I offer a free consultation so that you can find out if you would like to begin your journey with me. Free parking and disabled access. Face to face, telephone or online appointments.
I offer a non judgemental, open and honest space for you to share your feelings and work to make the changes that are right for you. I will not tell you how you should be feeling or what to do. Each person experiences challenges in a different way and I acknowledge this, therefore will work at your pace with what is uppermost on your mind at any given time.
I will welcome you for a free consultation, as it is important that you feel comfortable and safe with the right counsellor. I am available to answer any questions by e mail if you prefer to make the first contact in this way. For face to face appointments there is disabled access and free parking.
