I am a counsellor who has experience helping people with all kinds of issues and connecting with themselves, a hugely important relationship. Talking things through and really being listened to can help you figure things out, allowing YOU to feel better. I believe we are all complex individuals and YOU'RE thoughts and feelings are equally as important as anyone else's. YOU deserve to ' feel good on the inside'. Feel free to contact me to see if talking to me can help you.
My way of working involves listening to your story first, exploring your experiences, so you can process your feelings. Therapy can take some time, especially as you get use to it, and the more we work together the better the outcome. I sometimes make suggestions but always know, you have a say in things. What works for you may not work for someone else.
If something is concerning you and affecting you then its important YOU know that you deserve support and I can provide that. I understand that having counselling may feel strange, but not feeling good may be a lot worse. I believe you know yourself best and with my support and your engagement, counselling could really help you feel better.
