What may present as anxiety, burnout, or relationship difficulties is sometimes rooted in social and economic systems that influence our emotional lives and relationships. Those systems may be oppressive, particularly for people of creative spirit, neurodivergent individuals, queer folks, and those experiencing cultural difference or other forms of marginalisation.
I enjoy helping people find greater safety, freedom, agency, and connection within this reality while remaining their true authentic selves.
Before training as a therapist, I worked in the tech industry and experienced both the startup grind and the ‘big tech’ culture. It is always a pleasure to welcome clients from my former industry.
