II am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, meaning my approach is entirely focused on your individual needs. I offer a confidential, caring and empathic space free from judgement to explore the issues that are affecting your wellbeing and impacting your daily life. Perhaps you are feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed and finding it difficult to see a way forward. I would like to offer a safe and comfortable environment to work through those challenges together. Therapy can help you gain further awareness of who you are, help you make the most of your life and harness your inner strength.
As a relational counsellor I believe the therapeutic relationship is the key to helping you explore how past issues may be affecting your present. I will work with you at your own pace with compassion, to gain a better understanding of the source of your difficulties and work with you to understand how they may be impacting your current relationships.
I offer an initial free 15 minute consultation online via Google Meet to find out more about therapy. This will help me understand more about what issues you are facing and how I may be able to help. Following this, we will book an initial session to discuss more about what brings you to therapy.
