I am a Clinical Psychologist specialising in working with individuals and couples presenting with concerns about sex and relationships. I have a background of working in NHS Sexual Health services, and am experienced in supporting with pain during sex, vaginismus, vulvodynia, low desire, difficulties related to orgasm, unreliable erections, attachment difficulties, and anxiety about sex and relationships. The psychological therapy I provide is evidence based and draws on approaches including Psychodynamically-informed Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, CBT, Systemic, Couples Therapy and Sex Therapy techniques.
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at UCL. Recently I held a position as a Clinical Tutor on a Clinical Psychology Doctorate Programme at a London-based University, lecturing on various topics in the field including psychosexual therapy and depression.
My approach is warm, compassionate and non-judgemental, and I value taking the time to tailor therapy to the individual needs of my clients.
