I’m an experienced Senior Clinical Child and Family Psychologist. I have been specialising in child and adolescent mental health, families and parenting for the past 10 years (and worked in mental health for 16 years). I believe that each family is unique and work to find a way to best support a child, young person and family that fits with their belief and values. I enjoy working with children and young people and believe I have good skills in engagement and helping people talk and express their feelings. I have lots of experience working with parents from different walks of life.
I have experience working in Child Mental Health (CAMHS), Paediatrics and Adoption. I have worked with a range of difficulties including anxiety, phobias, OCD, Self-harm, depression, loss, parenting challenges, attachment and trauma. I am a certified DDP Practitioner, a therapy aimed at supporting children with attachment disruption and trauma.
