I hold a Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling and offer a grounded, compassionate space where your story can unfold and be truly heard.
My focus is to create a warm, relational space where you feel truly heard. Together, we explore your experiences, reconnect with the parts of yourself that have felt hidden, and gently move toward healing. I am open to working creatively, through conversation, storytelling, or optional creative materials, always at your pace.
