I usually meet with clients once per week online or in-person. I offer a confidential and comfortable environment to explore thoughts, feelings, behaviours and hopes.
As a trainee therapist, I provide an affordable psychotherapy service via the Welsh Psychotherapy Institute. I'm working towards an a UK Council for Psychotherapy accredited course and the course is rigorous, taking between 4 and 6 years. I also receive regular supervision with an experienced UKCP registered supervisor.
