I am currently unable to accept new clients until September 2025 and am unable to respond to enquiries.
I am a counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor with more than 20 years of experience working in the NHS. My main training was in Transactional Analysis, which is a Humanistic Therapy and I later trained as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have done lots of additional training and learning to develop my skills.
I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to work on understanding and coming to terms with past and present experiences and on making changes in the present and future, for those who wish to. If we work together, I will take time to understand you and your experience of the world.
I work with people aged 16+ and hold an Enhanced DBS certificate. I’m based close to Coventry City Centre and a 3 minute walk from the train station. We can book an initial appointment to discuss what’s troubling you and potential for us to work together. If we do work together, your therapy will be uniquely tailored to your needs and shaped by your goals.
