Life can be challenging and take its toll and when things are too much sometimes we need to reach out for support . I can offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore any difficulties that you are experiencing. I can help you bring about real and meaningful change in your life. You may be suffering from feelings of anxiety, depression or generally feeling sad. You may not even know why you don't feel yourself. What ever the reason that has brought you here we can talk openly in confidence. Working together I can help provide you with the tools to take control of your struggles and lighten the weight you carry.
Currently I offer my counselling services in person based at my clinic in Morley or online and via telephone support. I can also offer walk and talk sessions. This can be a great way to connect in person if you are feeling anxious about meeting indoors.
Our sessions are all about you; the client. No two people are the same, you deal with issues differently and see and experience things differently, that is why your counselling will be unique to you as an individual. We will work together where you can feel safe to open up and explore the things that are troubling you.
