As an integrative therapist, I will tailor your therapy specifically to you using psychodynamic, CBT and humanistic approaches. I will offer warmth, understanding, empathy and a non-judgemental approach in a relaxed and comfortable setting or we can work remotely. I have a special interest in sexual issues, body image issues, self esteem and LGBTQ therapy.
