Welcome! I am Katie and I am so glad you found your way here. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood and empowered in your healing. I truly hope we can work together in a way that best supports you on your journey, no matter what has brought you to this point. If you're considering therapy, please reach out. Let's work together to find the approach that feels right for you.
I am a fully qualified Pluralistic Counsellor, experienced in working with trauma, sexual violence & childhood sexual abuse. Additionally, I have 15 years’ experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties, brain injuries & neurodivergence. My ethical values guide my therapeutic work and I strive to make counselling accessible for all.
As a Pluralist, I offer a range of therapeutic approaches, which means we can tailor our work together to suit your needs. I believe in your autonomy, and we will collaborate on the best course of therapy for you - be that using traditional methods or more creative approaches.
