There are many pressures and expectations that come with this time in life. I'd like to help unpick what is going on for you and guide you in letting go of the things that are holding you back.
We will work at your pace, with no pressure to do anything you’re not comfortable with. I aim to be a collaborator in getting you to where you want to be.
I’m open and approachable, and I have 5 years worth of experience working in schools, the NHS, CAMHS and Barnardo's. No concern is too big or small.

Low mood, loss of purpose, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, social anxiety, gender and sexuality questioning, neurodiversity, sexual trauma, disordered eating, obsessions, disrupted sleep, bed wetting, anger, school non attendance, bereavement, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, running away from home, and many other risky behaviours.
I aim to create a calm, safe, judgment free space for you to explore your concerns. We can spend time talking or we can be creative and use art, games, music and other techniques to unpick what is going on for you.
