Specialist therapeutic assessment & interventions I offer aims to reduce emotional distress, trauma & attachment difficulties. Such difficulties may affect wellbeing, behaviours, relationships with others, education & cause global or specific difficulties within your child's & family life. I am passionate about helping families to come together; to strengthen attachment relationships; reduce psychological distress & heal from difficult experiences. I strive to get families to feel connected and bring back balance & joy within relationships and family life. I am able to work with parents/carers &/or children based on your needs
I specialise in trauma and attachment difficulties in children. I have a particular interest in working with looked after, fostered, or adopted children, their parents/carers & the systems surrounding them. I predominately work from an attachment and trauma informed perspective, draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches. I am also an EMDR therapist
I am an approachable, compassionate and client centred practitioner who is trauma and attachment informed within my work. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs and therapeutic goals as well as allowing you time to consider whether you believe I would be an appropriate clinician to work alongside yourself, your family or a loved one.
