I offer a range of therapy services with a particular interest in supporting adults impacted by distressing childhood experiences (including abuse, neglect, migration, bullying and social exclusion) seeking relief from feeling 'not good enough', unsafe, unlovable or hyper responsible, as well as those negotiating a 'late' diagnosis of ADHD/Autism.
My practice is trauma informed, integrating talk therapy with the arts, mindfulness and somatic approaches, with regular reviews to ensure our work together is effective.
