Hello and welcome, thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am a Mum of two and a Nanny of three and had my fair share of challenges in life. I studied counselling for four years at university and my learning is very much ongoing I have a passion for people and the mind and believe in positivity for a healthier life. Confidence is not always a given for some people, some of us need to work hard. And for that reason, I provide a safe, calm confidential space to explore what may be going on for you and together I aim to support you to make sense of your feelings and see a way forward from difficulties.
