About
Hello, thank you for exploring through my profile. I am a counsellor who specialises in helping people who are going through tough transitions in their lives and their relationships. Are you going through a difficult move? Are you going off to university, changing careers or are moving into retirement? Are you navigating through a tough relationship, trying to make sense of online dating or going through a divorce? I am passionate about helping people work through the anxiety that major life changes can bring, and I help them to clear up the fog of confusion.
I work as an Integrative Therapist where I use different theories such as CBT, Psychodynamic, Object Relations therapy and Person-Centred therapy to tailor my approach. I am a registered member of the BACP and work to their ethical code. Please take the time to check out my website and watch my introductory video.
Together, we can help build the skills necessary to handle anxiety and negative thinking. Sometimes all you need is a safe space to open up about life’s confusion and have someone to help you to navigate through it. The results of therapy help my clients to improve their happiness and joy in life. We can talk about what life goals you have in mind.
