I have practiced in the NHS and Private Practice as a Psychologist for 27yrs. I offer expert Cognitive Behavioural therapy for a range of difficulties. I have experience in a wide range of difficulties and I enjoy helping clients to recover. I am also an experienced teacher and Clinical Supervisor.
It is my belief that therapy must be done within a caring , empathic and supportive relationship and I constantly strive to offer this to clients. It is also important that you are able to evaluate progress in therapy and I utilise objective measures that help to demonstrate such progress. In this way we learn about what works for you and build on it.
