Hello, I’m Kathleen, a Drama & Movement Psychotherapist (HCPC). I have a therapy room in Norwich city centre. I also offer Online Therapy and Walk & Talk sessions across Norfolk.
People seek therapy for many different reasons. I am non-judgemental, compassionate and adaptable. I tailor my approach to best suit the needs of each individual client. Some people prefer to only talk and some wish to be creative. People can find using creative methods help to reflect on their experiences and relationships, to process their thoughts and feelings, which then supports change.
