I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over ten years experience within the NHS. I draw on psychodynamic theory, CBT and MBT and the type of psychotherapeutic interventions I use, depends on the ‘problem area’ you bring and how you would like us to address it . We can discuss what these therapeutic approaches mean, the differences between them and the type(s) that might be most suitable for you when we meet.
You will determine the pace at which we go and we will agree together on the areas we will focus on. My approach is warm, empathic and non-judgemental and I have a strict confidentiality policy. My aim is to lead you out of the darkness and into the light, in the most helpful way I can.
