Like the lotus flower, we too have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of darkness and radiate into the world'. If you're looking to manage anxiety, improve self esteem or find a way through a difficult trauma, I can support you and will work at a pace that suits you. I value each persons individual experience. I have 12 years experience of supporting people in a wide range of settings. I am passionate about providing a compassionate, safe space to talk to explore your issues and work collaboratively to gain a shared understanding of your experience and support you in developing healthier, alternative coping strategies.
I am qualified and experienced in providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) treatment for many issues and have a particular interest and passion for working with trauma / PTSD, OCD and Low self esteem. I work online with adults in the UK. I aim to work with you to explore new tools and strategies to support you in finding a new way forward.
Starting therapy can feel daunting. I appreciate the importance of finding the right therapist, so before making any commitment to therapy, I offer a free 15 minute consultation to ensure you are happy for us to work together and answer any questions you may have. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I look forward to hearing from you.
