I work with young people aged 11+ from a quiet location outside Farnham. I have been providing therapeutic services for adolescents for several years in educational, statutory environments and the NHS, and have worked with a variety of different issues, including anxiety, depression, self harm and trauma. I have specialised experience in sleep disorders in young people. My belief is that young people deserve constructive, thoughtful support that is tailored to their needs and I endeavour to work with teenagers to ensure that they have the skills and resilience to meet the challenges that lie ahead of them.
