Together, we can explore any unhelpful feelings, thoughts, or behaviours you may be experiencing, helping you develop a clearer understanding of what may be holding you back.
It is natural to feel apprehensive about therapy, especially when you are feeling vulnerable or experiencing emotional pain. My role is to support and guide you through the therapeutic process, helping you move towards healing, growth and meaningful change.
