I am a dual US-UK citizen and spent many years in a demanding corporate environment before qualifying as a UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist. Having lived and worked in the UK for over 22 years, as well as abroad, I bring a considered understanding of psychological pressures across professional, cultural, and personal contexts. Many clients are outwardly confident and performing well, yet feel overwhelmed or burnt out. I work with leaders and professionals in demanding roles, as well as older adolescents in high-achieving academic environments.
As a warm, experienced practitioner, my approach is to provide a discrete, responsive and non-judgmental outlet.
