Welcome to Katherine Hamblin Counselling. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. I'm an integrative therapist working with adults, children, and young people. My approach combines psychodynamic and person-centred therapy, and I sometimes work creatively, if that feels right for you. Whatever brings you here — grief, anxiety, self-esteem, or something harder to name — I’ll walk alongside you with empathy, care, and honesty.
I support a range of issues, with a special focus on grief — particularly adults bereaved in childhood, and young people and families experiencing loss. Grief is complex and personal. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space to explore it. I also work with anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, and more. You’re not alone.
Whether you're completely new to counselling or have been here before, meeting someone new and sharing your experiences can feel daunting. I’ve been there myself, so I truly understand. We all need and want different things from a therapist — and that’s completely okay.
