I am a UKCP accredited and registered member of BACP, trained at Sherwood Psychotherapy Institute. I recognise how seeking psychotherapy and counselling can feel daunting. I offer you a place of support to express yourself, and to explore where you are, what works for you and what needs to change. I intend to meet you as you are in the moment, with empathy and without judgement and look to understand what it like to live your life.
I believe that growing awareness enables greater understanding and an opportunity for a different experience. I seek to bring awareness to all aspects of your experience and so as well as cognitive thought and emotional feeling, I look at somatic experiencing to expand awareness further and allow for understanding and the possibility for change to happen.
I offer both long-term depth psychotherapy and shorter-term counselling for adults on a weekly basis. I offer face to face appointments in Blakedown Worcs DY10, and Stourbridge DY8.
