I offer a disabled accessible counselling space in the centre of Worcester with resources to support neurodiversity & sensory needs. We will work in collaboration to build self-esteem & resilience, providing you with the emotional toolkit to manage difficult times.
I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor providing support with issues such as, but not limited to: peri/menopause symptoms, neurodiversity, domestic abuse, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, past trauma, loss, stress, depression & anxiety. My approach to counselling is specific to you & what you need in this moment. LGBTQIA+ are very welcome.
I will welcome you just as you are and offer an empathetic, safe, non-judgmental space to speak openly without worry.
I work with adults in-person, in the centre of Worcester (with free parking), online sessions are also available.
