Life is busy, difficult and unpredictable. Running around after everyone else, putting yourself last, feelings of tiredness, overwhelmed or unappreciated. On top of those already stressful days you can be hit with something unexpected such as illness or a bereavement. It is ok to not be ok and sometimes an extra bit of help is needed to get through those extra difficulties that life likes to throw your way.Counselling with me is somewhere safe you can go to express yourself without judgement, have your feelings validated. you won't be told to get over it or that you're being silly, Clients are treated respectfully and with Empathy.
I work with Adults and Children. I have experience working with relationship difficulties, anxiety, attachment issues, bereavement, anger issues, with children who have experienced domestic violence, working with neurodivergence ADHD and Autism. The creative tools that are used with children, i find can be quite powerful when working with adults.
If i can help in anyway, please do not hesitate to reach out and contact me. I offer a free no obligation 30 minute session which can be face to face, over the phone or via video call. This gives us a chance to meet, talk briefly about why you are looking at coming to therapy and to see if i am the right counsellor for you.
