Whatever you are facing in your life, maybe things from your past affect you in the present? Your relationships, emotions or being able to achieve your goals may feel too difficult day to day. Or there may be a feeling of stress and overwhelm that keeps making life feel too hard.
Counselling can be extremely helpful in processing difficult emotions, seeing your situation and the different elements that impact you more clearly and being able to fathom the best route forward.
A completely non-judgemental space to gain clarity at your own pace. You are the expert in your own experience, lets work together to create positive change.

I work in a person-centred way and am trained in using CBT and DBT techniques and a psychodynamic approach with a focus on attachment theory. We don’t know what your therapy will look like until we begin because everyone who comes to therapy needs something different and unique to them, the point they are at in their life and the challenges they face.
It is crucial that your therapy ‘meets you where you’re at’ and so we will continually check in to ensure that you are getting what you want to from your therapy and consider timeframes as appropriate.
It’s important that you find the right fit in terms of a therapist that you feel safe with. I would be pleased to offer a free 15 minute introductory call.
